In January 2007, the City of Duluth Assessor's Office moved from an in-house computer assisted mass appraisal (CAMA) program residing on a city computer to sharing the CAMA program used by the St. Louis County Assessor's Office. This sharing places all of the city assessor's data in files on the county's AS400 computer and allows the city assessor query access to many of the county's tax system files. Custom queries are available for a fee.
