Welcome to the "Members" page. For an annual fee, a member gets a year's access to a sales search engine that uses up to 7 parameters to customize the search. The search yields a list of parcels that have sold within the parameters used. The list itself can be sorted one column at a time: high to low or low to high by the value within the column (i.e. sort to find the highest sale or the smallest home sold). The member can then click on the desired parcel and see all the property details offered by the assessor's web site.
