The Duluth retail market is comprised of five distinct submarkets: 1) Downtown; 2) Miller Hill; 3) East Duluth (Lakeside/London Road); 4) Lincoln Park and 5) West Duluth. All offer a wide range of opportunities for businesses, from available properties and sites for sales to spaces for lease.
