The City
Clerk's Office handles elections, voter registration and the issuance
of certain licenses among other duties, and also serves as Secretary to
the City Council and to various boards and commissions.

do I find out about my driver's license, car tags, or license plate or
title?
All drivers
information is found through the State of Minnesota Department of Public
Safety - Driver and Vehicle Services (MnDPS).

Birth, marriage

Building
permits can be obtained through our Building Safety Division located on
the second floor of City Hall. Please call 730-5300 for more information.

Information on starting up a business can
