Charter Commission
The City of Duluth's Charter Commission acts on matters relating to the framing and amending of the Duluth City Charter.
The Commission consists of 15 members serving 4-year terms who are appointed by Judges of District Court. Each member is required to be a qualified voter of the City.
Meeting Time and Place:
- All meetings are held in the Council Chamber, Third Floor, City Hall, 411 West First Street, at 5:00 p.m. and are open to the public.
