RESOLUTION CONFIRMING ASSESSMENT ROLL LEVIED TO DEFRAY THE ASSESSABLE PORTIONS OF BAYHILL DRIVE.
BY COUNCILOR HOGG:

RESOLVED, that the assessment roll levied to defray the assessable portion of Contract #5321, Bayhill Drive (total assessable amount $68,689.11) be and the same is hereby confirmed.



STATEMENT OF PURPOSE:  This resolution contains the assessment roll for 100 percent of the project costs for a bituminous overlay of Bayhill Drive.  Property owners in the Spirit Cove Development petitioned for the project.  Because Bayhill Drive is a connector road into Spirit Cove and does not directly abut the property owners, a separate agreement (previously passed by council) was reached to assess costs based on a per lot basis.
