RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF DULUTH AND ST. LOUIS COUNTY FOR THE RECONSTRUCTION OF BURNING TREE ROAD AT ITS INTERSECTION WITH MAPLE GROVE ROAD AND FOR THE INSTALLATION, MAINTENANCE AND OPERATION OF TRAFFIC CONTROL SIGNALS AND SIGNS AT MAPLE GROVE ROAD AND BURNING TREE ROAD FOR AN ESTIMATED COST OF $185,601.60.
RESOLVED, that the proper city officials are hereby authorized and directed to execute an agreement between the city of Duluth and St. Louis County for the reconstruction of Burning Tree Road at Maple Grove Road and for the installation and maintenance of traffic control signals with street lights and signing at said intersection (city project no. 9160CA99), said agreement filed as Public Document No. _______________. The city's costs in this project, which are estimated to be $185,601.60, are payable out of P.I. Fund 411, reimbursable from the M.S.A. fund.
RESOLVED FURTHER, that the
plans and specifications prepared by St. Louis County for the above-mentioned
project are hereby approved.
