OF PURPOSE: This resolution will authorize city officials
to execute a cost allocation plan agreement with DMG-Maximus. The cost
allocation plan is used as the basis for interfund charges from the General
Fund to other funds. These changes are based on services the general fund
departments provide to other funds and authorities such as accounting,
purchasing, and legal services. The CAP was last updated in 1998 and does
not reflect the true costs to provide these services due to labor increases.
The budget for this was estimated at $15,000 and is charged against administrative
services miscellaneous account.
