RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF ST. LOUIS COUNTY TO RECLASSIFY FROM CONSERVATION TO NONCONSERVATION AND TO OFFER FOR SALE A CERTAIN TAX FORFEITED PARCEL NOW WITHHELD FROM SALE IN CONSERVATION.
RESOLVED, that the board of county commissioners of St. Louis County is
hereby requested to reclassify from conservation to nonconservation and
to offer for sale the following tax forfeited parcels now withheld from
sale in conservation:

STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: The city planning commission reviewed this request at their regular January 9, 2001, meeting and unanimously recommended this parcel for reclassification. This is a small parcel located in the business area which was placed in conservation for the purpose it is being requested to be taken out of conservation. An adjoining business is interested in expanding their site. DEDA has agreed to acquire the parcel to ensure they get the property. Recommend release for sale to DEDA only.
