RESOLUTION CONFIRMING ASSESSMENT ROLL LEVIED TO DEFRAY THE ASSESSABLE PORTION OF FULL DEVELOPMENT OF MARYLAND STREET FROM DODGE TO VICTORIA.

BY COUNCILOR NESS:

RESOLVED, that the assessment roll levied to defray the assessable portion of full development for Maryland Street from Dodge to Victoria (Contract No. 5354 - assessable amount: $405,544.56) is hereby confirmed.

STATEMENT OF PURPOSE:  This resolution confirms the assessable portion of the above-listed project.
