BE IT RESOLVED, that the city council of the city of Duluth hereby approves the transfer of stock of the following off sale intoxicating liquor license for the period ending August 31, 2004, subject to departmental approvals, and further subject to approval of the Liquor Control Commissioner: Loiselle's Inc, (Loiselle Liquor Store), 413 East Fourth Street, with Christopher Loiselle, Senior, President and 50 percent stockholder, and Annette Loiselle, Vice President and 50 percent stockholder, transferred from Christopher Loiselle, 100 percent stockholder.
Alcohol, gambling and tobacco commission discussion of 6/2/04: Christopher Loiselle was present on behalf of the application. Mr. Loiselle explained that there has been a change in ownership of the corporation with his wife now owning half of the stock. To the commission's questioning, Mr. Loiselle replied that there will be no anticipated changes to the operation of the store. Officer Latour stated he had no problem with this application. There being no further discussion, Mr. Willman moved THAT THE APPLICATION OF LOISELLE'S, INC, (LOISELLE LIQUOR STORE), 413 E. 4TH ST, FOR TRANSFER OF STOCK OF THE OFF SALE INTOXICATING LIQUOR LICENSE FOR THE PERIOD ENDING AUGUST 31, 2004, WITH CHRISTOPHER LOISELLE, SR, PRESIDENT AND 50% STOCKHOLDER, AND ANNETTE LOISELLE, VP AND 50% STOCKHOLDER, TRANSFERRED FROM CHRISTOPHER LOISELLE, 100% STOCKHOLDER, BE APPROVED, AND THE SAME BE RECOMMENDED TO THE CITY COUNCIL FOR APPROVAL. Mr. Johnson seconded the motion, and it was unanimously approved.
