BY COUNCILOR LITTLE: RESOLVED, that the
proper city officials are hereby authorized to enter into an agreement
with F. I. Salter for the management of the parking lot located at the
old Lincoln hotel site for a fee of 6percent of the gross monthly rental
collections. Net proceeds to be deposited into Community Development Fund
0260 Balance Sheet 2200. STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution authorizes the proper city officials to enter into an agreement with F. I. Salter for the management of the parking lot located at the old Lincoln Hotel site. This contract is the most cost effective way of operating the parking lot considering it’s size and location. F. I. Salter manages the two adjacent parking lots and will provide maintenance services such as snow plowing and cleaning in conjunction with those lots. |
