RESOLUTION AWARDING CONTRACT TO PERFORMANCE PIPELINING, INC., FOR CONSTRUCTION OF CIPP REHABILITATION OF SANITARY SEWER FOR JUNIATA STREET LATERALS, IN THE AMOUNT OF $240,361.

BY COUNCILOR STOVER:

RESOLVED, that Performance Pipelining, Inc., be and hereby is awarded a contract for construction of cured-in-place-pipe (CIPP) rehabilitation of sanitary sewer for Juniata Street laterals for the engineering division in accordance with specifications on its low specification bid of $240,361, terms net 30, FOB job site, payable out of Sewer Fund 0530, Dept./Agency 500, Organization 1970, Object 5535.

STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution will authorize the construction of Cured-in-Place-Pipe (CIPP) rehabilitation of sanitary sewer for Juniata Street laterals from 54th Avenue East to 60th Avenue East (see attached map) by Performance Pipelining, Inc. for $240,361 to be paid from Sewer Fund 0530. Performance Pipelining was the lowest of the three above companies who responded. The estimated cost for this project is $284,500.
