RESOLVED, that Dodge of Burnsville, Inc., be and hereby is awarded a contract for furnishing and delivering two Dodge Durangos for the police department in accordance with specifications on its low specification bid of $43,036, terms net 30, FOB destination, payable out of Capital Equipment Fund 250, Department/Agency 015, Organization 2005, Object 5580, Project CE250-V504.
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution will authorize the purchase of two Dodge Durangos from Falls Automotive, Inc., for $43,036 to be paid from fund capital equipment fund, administrative services department, special use vehicles expense. The vehicles are to be used as marked police units. Award to be made under cooperative purchase agreement citing State Contract No. 433398, Release A-175. Bid No. 2005-00000202
