BY COUNCILOR STEWART:
RESOLVED, that Waste Management of Northern Minnesota be and hereby is awarded a contract for garbage/refuse removal at various city of Duluth buildings and locations as needed for year 2005 for the various departments and divisions in accordance with specifications at an estimated amount of $61,600, terms net 30, FOB job site, payable out of various funds, departments/agencies, organizations, objects.
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution will authorize the purchase of garbage/ refuse removal service at various city of Duluth buildings and locations as needed during year 2005 by Waste Management of Northern Minnesota for an estimated cost of $61,600 to be paid from various funds. There is sufficient budget appropriation in each of these divisions to award this resolution. This is the second year of a potential three-year contract. Bid No. 05-0108
