RESOLVED, that the proper city officials are hereby authorized to annually close those portions of Skyline Parkway specified below between the dates specified with regard thereto:

ROAD SEGMENTS CLOSED	CLOSURE DATES
Skyline Parkway from 0.4 miles east of Glenwood Street to Maxwell Road.	December 1 through April 15 of the following year.
Seven Bridges Road from Lakeview Chalet to Maxwell Road.	December 1 through April 15 of the following year.
Maxwell Road from Skyline Parkway to Oak Street.	December 1 through April 15 of the following year.
Skyline Parkway from 0.3 miles south of 100th Avenue West southwest to the city limits.	November 1 through April 15 of the following year.

STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution approves the closure of those portions of Skyline Parkway, the use of which for motorized travel, the city wishes to discourage during the late fall and winter months.

The first three segments are those at the east end of Skyline Parkway, generally, from the Lakeview Chalet on Seven Bridges Road to Hawks Ridge overlook. The last named segment is at the extreme western end of Skyline Parkway beyond Spirit Mountain and the residents to the southwest of the area to the city limits.
