BY COUNCILOR STOVER: RESOLVED, that Davies Northern Water Works Supply, Inc., be and hereby is awarded a contract for high density polyethylene pipe and fittings for the public works and utility division in accordance with specifications on its low specification bid of $60,765.36 terms net 30, FOB destination, payable out of Steam Fund 0540, Department/Agency 920, Organization 1499, Object 5530. STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution will authorize the purchase of chilled water supply and return pipe and fittings from Davies Northern Water Works Supply, Inc., for $60,765.36 for the DECC hot water facility future chilled water system, purchased and installed now to reduce future cost and disruption, to be paid from Steam Fund 0540.
