TO THE PARKS AND RECREATION COMMISSION, REPLACING JOANNE CARROLL.

that the appointment by Mayor Bergson to the parks and recreation commission
of Charles “Tim” Caines (District 2) for a term expiring on
February 13, 2007, replacing Joanne Carroll who resigned, is confirmed.
