BE IT RESOLVED, that the city council of the city of Duluth hereby makes the finding of facts as set forth in Public Document No. ____________ regarding any suspension, revocation and/or civil penalty relating to the on sale intoxicating liquor license of Duluth Entertainment Convention Center, 350 Harbor Drive.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the decision of the city council regarding any suspension, revocation and/or civil penalty is as follows: that the Duluth City Council impose no penalty as a result of the violations of law occurring on the licensee’s premises on January 13 and 14, 2005.
Alcohol, gambling and tobacco commission discussion of 8/3/2005: The alcohol, gambling and tobacco commission held a hearing on August 3, 2005, to consider disciplinary action against the intoxicating liquor license of the Duluth Entertainment Convention Center (DECC). After hearing from Dan Russell, executive director of the DECC, the commission decided that the events leading to this violation were unique and unlikely to occur in the future and moved to not impose any penalty on the licensee.
