RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ACQUISITION OF A TEMPORARY AND PERMANENT EASEMENT ON ANDERSON ROAD FROM RICHARD W. AND LOIS J. NORDEAN, 3733 TRINITY ROAD, FOR A TOTAL CONSIDERATION OF $4,500.

BY COUNCILOR STOVER:

     RESOLVED, that proper city officers are hereby authorized to acquire temporary and permanent easements for roadway and utility purposes from Richard W. and Lois J. Nordean over property located at 3733 Trinity Road for a total consideration of $4,500, payable from Fund 411, Agency 035, Object 5530, which easements are described and shown on Public Document No. ___________ on file in the office of the city clerk.


STATEMENT OF PURPOSE:  This resolution authorizes the purchase of a temporary and permanent easement from Richard W. and Lois J. Nordean, 3733 Trinity Road, which is necessary for the reconstruction of Anderson Road between Trinity Road and Chambersburg Avenue. This easement is necessary for drainage purposes and to facilitate the construction of a box culvert on Anderson Road. Supporting documents and legal descriptions are included with this resolution.
