     RESOLVED, that Resolution 04-0682 adopting license, permit and fee charges for 2005 be amended to add the following fee:

Clerk

License, permit, fee name

2005 Fee

Alcoholic beverage

 

Intoxicating liquor, nonintoxicating liquor and wine

Dancing

 

One day/evening - per day

STATEMENT OF PURPOSE:  This resolution sets the 2005 fee for the one day dancing license, pursuant to Ordinance No. 9756, adopted November 14, 2005.
