STATEMENT OF PURPOSE:  The development of the San Marco project has incurred additional costs with the demolition and site acquisition, including, the acquisition of the Downtown service garage. All of the projects in this transfer have either completed or the contracts have expired. The deferred revenue source is the sale of the Box Factory site and Lincoln Hotel parking revenue.
