BY COUNCILOR KRAUSE:
RESOLVED, that the proper city officers are hereby authorized to enter into a lease agreement between the city of Duluth and Kegler’s, DBA Incline Station, for the leasing of ten parking spaces in the parking lot immediately west of Sixth Avenue and below First Street for an estimated annual consideration of $4,200 to be paid from Fund 100-015-1515-2500-5441, said lease agreement filed as Public Document No. __________.
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution authorizes a lease agreement with Kegler’s, Inc., DBA Incline Station, for the leasing of ten parking spaces as indicated in the agreement for a consideration of $35 per space per month. This lease is identical to ones between the parties covering 2002 through 2005 and is at the same cost. The term of the lease is for an additional two years. These spaces were needed by the city because the city lost the spaces it occupied in the county lots.
