STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: The Regents of the University of Minnesota were gifted the former Congdon Estate property. Acceptance of this easement will allow the City to develop the Tischer Creek corridor for future public recreational trail use. By accepting this easement the city agrees to accept liability for any injuries or damages arising out of its use.
