Mr. Kern reviewed that the airshow will include the US Thunderbirds which will be held in July and they would like to be able to sell alcohol to the spectators. To questioning from the commission, Mr. Olson replied that they have contracted with Mr. Kern to do the concessions, but that he and other members will be working at the event. There being no further discussion, Mr. Karki moved that THE APPLICATION OF DULUTH HARBORMASTERS (DULUTH AIRSHOW), 4127 GRINDEN DRIVE, FOR A TEMPORARY ON SALE INTOXICATING LIQUOR LICENSE FOR JULY 7-9, 2006, WITH RYAN KERN, MANAGER, BE APPROVED AND THE SAME BE RECOMMENDED TO THE CITY COUNCIL FOR APPROVAL.
