Alcohol, gambling, and tobacco commission discussion of 9/5/2007: David Herald was present on behalf of the application. Mr. Herald explained that they are applying to go into two new pull tab locations. He continued saying that it will be a machine operation at the Afterburner Lounge, and they will be using an existing booth at the other location. To questioning from the clerk, Mr. Herald replied that the at both businesses the previous organizations in those locations have left and they will be using the equipment that was left. To further questioning, Mr. Herald stated that the only other operation they have is in the Elk’s Lodge. There being no further discussion, Mr. Hanson moved that THE PREMISE PERMIT APPLICATIONS OF ELK’S LODGE BE APPROVED AND THE SAME BE RECOMMENDED TO THE CITY COUNCIL FOR APPROVAL. Mr. Hammack seconded the motion and it was unanimously approved.
