BE IT RESOLVED, that the petition by Lehr/Munger in Planning Commission File Number 07149 to rezone the subject property located in Block 39 of Hunter & Markells Grassy Point Addition, is denied based on the following findings [to be determined by the city council]:
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution is a counter action to Ordinance 08-003 and denies the petition for a zoning change from W-1, Waterfront District, to R-1-C, One- and Two-Family Residential District. The subject property is four lots in Block 39 of Hunter & Markells Grassy Point Addition.
The Duluth city planning commission voted unanimously to APPROVE this zoning change following a public hearing held December 11, 2007.
