STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: The alcohol, gambling and tobacco commission (AGTC) held a hearing on April 2, 2008, regarding the on sale intoxicating liquor license of the Tap Room. The hearing was held because the licensee failed to pay the third quarter liquor payment and the liquor liability insurance had been cancelled. This was the third offense in two years. Because of aggravating circumstances as stated in the report to the city council, the AGTC is recommending revocation of the liquor license.
