Alcohol, gambling and tobacco commission discussion of 7/2/2008: Michael Lemon was present on behalf of the application. Mr. Lemon explained that they will be applying for a new license for the Fitger’s complex which will feature live entertainment and dancing. He continued saying that they are applying for an “old” liquor license as they will not have a full kitchen, but will be serving pizzas to allow for a Sunday liquor license. Mr. Lemon also explained that their application includes a 16 x 20 foot deck that will only be accessible through the bar and has been approved by the fire and police department. To questioning from the commission, Mr. Lemon replied that he has over 25 years of experience in the liquor industry and currently is part owner of the Twins Bars. Officer Vang stated he has approved this application. There being no further discussion, President Anderson moved that THE APPLICATION OF MISUL, INC.
