FEE: See Fee Schedule TELEPHONE NUMBER: (218) 730-5500.ISSUED TO: Any person who keeps chickens in the city of Duluth other than areas zoned as suburban districts under Section 50-51 of the City Code, shall obtain an annual license prior to acquiring chickens. PROCEDURE: Application and fee are received by the city clerk. All licenses shall be conditioned upon passing a site plan review by the Building Safety Division and a mandatory inspection by the animal control authority.
