PROCEDURE: Property owner desiring to have meter read by department meter readers not having to enter their building may have a remote meter dial installed on the outside of their building. Owner may call Customer Service Division requesting this remote meter be installed. An appointment date for the installation must be made. The remote register is the property of the City of Duluth.
