ISSUED TO: Every person desiring to engage in the business of retail sales within the city. May be required of any person or class of persons who are obligated to file a use tax return.

PROCEDURE: The applicant will receive complete instructions and materials for filing and remitting all sales taxes collected. Application is processed as received and returned in 30 days or less.
