FEE: See Fee Schedule. TELEPHONE NUMBER: (218) 730-5500. ISSUED TO: Those conducting/maintaining a public shooting range. PROCEDURE: Application and fee are received by the city clerk specifying the class of license being applied for - restricted or unrestricted (differences result mainly from ammunition velocities). The premises of shooting range and facilities thereon, and licenses issued for such ranges, are at all times subject to inspection by the Chief of Police. Licensee must agree to indemnify the city for expenses, etc., incurred by the city resulting from the operation of range. Liability insurance policies must be maintained by the licensee.
