Our Mission Our mission is to invest in community programs that help low and moderate income people by addressing basic needs, providing affordable housing, and increasing economic self-sufficiency.

The Public Comment Period for the 2012 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) lasts from June 14th- June 28th, 2013. View the Public Hearing Notice. The Public Hearing for the CAPER will be on June 25, 2013 at 6:00 PM at City Hall in the Council Chambers.
The 2012 Duluth Housing Indicator Report is now available. This annual report contains stats and trends on demographics, economics, homeownership, rental housing, and rental production in the Duluth.
The timeline for FY 2014 CDBG, HOME, and ESG Funding has been set. View the meeting dates and logistics HERE.

The Department of Housing and Urban Development has reviewed the City of Duluth's use of CDBG funds and concluded that we have continuing capacity to implement these programs. View the letter
