The 2010-2014 Consolidated Plan is a five-year planning document laying out the goals for the City's Community Development program. Table 2A, Priority Housing Needs, can be found on page 30, Table 2B, Priority Community Development Needs can be found on page 66, Table 2C, Summary of Specific Housing/Community Development Objectives, can be found on page 67, and the Anti-Poverty Strategy can be found on page 69. The Department of Housing and Urban Development has determined that the City is in compliance with statutes and has the continuing capacity to implement and adminster HUD programs. FY 2012 Action PlanA Public Hearing was held on December 6, 2011 and continued on January 31, 2012. Following the Public Hearing the City of Duluth submitted the Action Plan to the Department of Housing and Urban Development. View the FY 2012 Action Plan Here. This plan identifies how the City of Duluth will use the CDBG, HOME, and ESG funds that it receives for the 2012 Fiscal Year.
