Job Summary: The Land Use Supervisor ensures that
development projects and proposals conform to the Comprehensive Plan and are in
compliance with local, state, and federal regulations by reviewing land use
projects and proposals to determine the impact on adjacent land,
transportation, housing, recreation, and the economic impact to the City.
Minimum Qualifications: Master’s
degree in a field of study that includes major course work in business
administration, public administration, planning, geography, urban design, or
natural resources AND 5 years of related professional work experience. OR Bachelor’s degree in a field of study that
includes major course work in business administration, public administration,
planning, geography, urban design, or natural resources AND 7 years of related
professional work experience.
