Driveway Culvert New & Maintenance PolicyThe property owner is responsible for purchasing and installing NEW culverts for a driveway opening to the street. An Application for Access Driveway Permit (application for Driveway Apron) must be submitted to initiate approval of the culvert and driveway apron. (Driveway Culvert Maintenance Policy) New culverts: call Engineering Division at 730-5200 For replacement of existing culverts, the owner of the property must contact Utility Operations.
