Mayor Ness Speech

Mayor Don Ness delivered the annual State of the City address on Monday, March 7, 2011. The video above highlighting the City accomplishments was shown at the address.

The address was delivered in the Lake Superior Ballroom at the DECC.

The speech was followed by the recognition of the 2010 Outstanding City Employees and 2010 Clarence Maddy award winner.
