Hawk Ridge Bird Observatory

Superior Hiking Trail (SHT)

The Superior Hiking Trail (SHT) offers 300+ miles of hiking, following the ridgeline of Lake Superior from Wisconsin, through Duluth and eventually ending in Canada.

US Bicycle Route 41

U.S. Bicycle Route 41, also known as the North Star Route, connects St. Paul to Canada.  USBR 41 combines existing roads and mixed-use paths and trails including those in Duluth, to create a bicycle route that winds its way through some of Minnesota’s most beloved and popular locations.
