Winter TrailsTrail Conditions Hotline: (218) 723-3678 The City of Duluth has five trails that offer cross-country skiing during the winter months. The following trails are groomed for skiing twice weekly, weather permitting: Lester Park All other city trails are open to hiking/walking/snowshoeing in the winter. Ski-joring is available at both Enger Park Golf Course and Lester Park Golf Course. A Minnesota Ski Pass is required on all city ski trails and is available at most area ski shops.
