This form will be sent to the Police Department Customer Service Desk located at the 4th Avenue west entrance to City Hall for review. This form is for parking disputes issued by the City of Duluth Only. All other disputes must be disputed at the St. Louis County courthouse, Room 109. All fields are required. |
