New Parking Ticket Information

If you wish to dispute a parking ticket, you can fill out our secure online form here.

Motorists receiving tickets issued by city staff can now pay them in one of two ways:

Online, at www.parkingticketpayment.com/duluth
By mail, to "Traffic Violations Bureau", PO Box 77, Duluth, MN 55801-0077

Citizens wishing to dispute tickets issued by the Duluth Police Department can do so at the Police Customer Service Desk Monday-Friday from 8:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. within ten days of the issuance of the ticket. Those with questions can contact the Police Traffic Violations Bureau at 730-5470.
