New Parking Ticket Information

If you wish to dispute a parking ticket, you can fill out our secure online form here.

Motorists receiving tickets issued by city staff can now pay them in one of two ways:

Online, at www.parkingticketpayment.com/duluth
By mail, to "Traffic Violation Bureau", PO Box 2064, Tarrytown, NY 10591-9064

As under the old system, citizens wishing to dispute tickets can do so at the Police Customer Service Desk on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 8:00 a.m. within ten days of the issuance of the ticket. Those with questions can contact the Police Traffic Violations Bureau at 730-5470. Citizens who have received tickets under the old system should still pay them through St. Louis County.
