[Duluth, MN] – A community celebration will take place tomorrow, September 14, 2012 at 11:45 a.m. at 425 West Superior Street, in the parking lot, to celebrate the state grant award of $8.5 million for Duluth’s Corporate Tower project. Mayor Don Ness, the AtWater Group and special guests will also announce the major tenant who will occupy a significant portion of the new development. Governor Dayton announced the list of awardees today and Duluth is among the 9 projects selected for funding.
Duluth Mayor Don Ness, AtWater Group and select guests will make remarks and be available for media interviews following the event.
