On Tuesday, October 2nd, 2012 Andrew Wayne Clarke DOB: 10/21/1966 was once again arrested in the 500 block of West Superior Street by investigators from the Lake Superior Drug and Violent Crime Task Force (LSDVCTF) with assistance from the Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco and Firearms (BATFE). Investigators had information that Clarke was in possession of Heroin and executed a search warrant on his person. Investigators located 10 individually wrapped pieces of crack that field tested positive. The total weight of the packaging and crack cocaine was 5.7 grams. Also, Investigators located a paper bindle that contained heroin, and also field tested positive. The packaging and substance weighed 1.5 grams.
On Wednesday, September 12th, 2012 Andrew Clarke was arrested in the 500 block of West Superior Street by investigators from the Lake Superior Drug and Violent Crime Task Force (LSDVCTF) with assistance from the Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco and Firearms (BATFE). Clarke had two outstanding Saint Louis County Warrants for Controlled Substance Crimes in the Third Degree. During the arrest Clarke had 8.3 grams of heroin on him. Clarke was transported to the Saint Louis County Jail and formally charged with 2 counts of 2nd Degree Possession of a Controlled Substance. Clarke bailed out on those charges on Thursday, September 27th, 2012.
Andrew Clarke has the following felony convictions:
- Uttering a Forged Check – 1984
- Burglary in the Second Degree – 1985
- Offering a Forged Check – 1985
- Controlled Substance Crime in the First Degree (2 separate convictions) – 1994
- Fourth Degree Assault – 2006
- Fifth Degree Possession of Controlled Substance – 2007
- Identity Theft – 2008
- Fifth Degree Possession of Controlled Substance – 2008
- Theft from a Person – 2010
Clarke was transported to the Saint Louis County Jail for his latest arrest and has been formally charged with 2nd Degree Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Sell, 3rd Degree Possession of Cocaine/Heroin/Methamphetamine, Sale of a Controlled Substance in the 3rd Degree and Misdemeanor Obstructing Legal Process.
