Rose Garden Needs Bagged Leaves
The City of Duluth Parks Division is asking residents to bring their bagged leaves to the Rose Garden starting Saturday, October 6th. The bags of leaves are used to protect the hundreds of rose bushes throughout the winter months. Please place the bags in the designated spot near the entrance to the park.
