Section of Woodland Ave to temporarily close for utility project
[Duluth, MN]- Starting at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 23, 2012 Woodland Avenue will be closed between Elizabeth Street and Clover Street until 7:00 a.m. Wednesday, October 24. A sanitary sewer service line is being installed across Woodland Avenue. Motorists should watch for posted detour signs.
