Acceptable forms of payment: certified bank/company check, money order, cash. No personal checks accepted.
Viewing time is from 12:00pm to 3:00pm on designated viewing date.
Auctions close at 10:00:00pm on the designated closing date. City computer servers control the time of cut off.
High bidder has until 3:30pm on the third business day following notification of award, to make payment at City Hall, room 100.
