To view the permit history or property information for any City of Duluth address, click the blue button below. In order to have access to more information, you will need to sign into your contractor or public ePlace account. Please see instructions below on how to create an account or login to your existing account.s.

If you are looking for permit history older than 1992, please contact Construction Services at 218-730-5240 or submit the CSI Property History Request Form to permittingservices@duluthmn.gov.
To create a new contractor account
- Phone the Construction Services office at 218-730-5240 to set up a contractor registration and/or obtain your contractor PIN number.
- Proceed to the LOGIN AS A CONTRACTOR instructions below.
To login your existing contractor account
- Go here, in the pull down near the top center, select CONTRACTOR.
- Select your company name from the dropdown list or type the name. Enter your PIN in the password box.
- Select Login.
To create a new public user account
- Go here, in the pull down near the top center, select PUBLIC.
- Select SET UP AN ACCOUNT to register. Complete all required fields.
- Select CREATE ACCOUNT. You will then be logged in.
To login your existing public user
- Go here, in the pull down near the top center, select PUBLIC.
- Enter your username and password.
- Select Login.
Contractor account: If you forget your username or password, click on the link within eTRAKiT and enter your Registration #. The username or password will be sent to your profile e-mail.
Public account: If you forget your username or password, click on the link within eTRAKiT and enter your email associated with the account. The username or password will be sent to your profile e-mail.
