Raleigh St Reconstruction
The City of Duluth is reconstructing Raleigh Street between Grand Avenue and 59th Avenue West. This reconstruction project will include a full reconstruction of the street, sidewalks, and utilities from Grand Avenue to 59th Avenue West, as well as multimodal improvements for cyclists and other light-weight human and electric powered modes of transportation. Construction of the project will be done by Northland Constructors of Duluth and will be overseen by City of Duluth staff. This project will be financed by the City of Duluth through Minnesota State Aid funds and Utility funds.
