Upcoming Public Hearings
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Monday, June 24, 2024 at 7:00 PM, or soon thereafter as the Council's Agenda will permit, the Duluth City Council will hold public hearings to consider adoption of the assessment of the following projects:
Stormwater Sewer Extension for 4832 Woodlawn Street - Engineering Contract 1871, Finance Contract 2021005
Westwood Lane Sanitary Sewer Extension - Engineering Contract 1871, Finance Contract 2021005
At the hearings, all interested persons will be permitted to present testimony in oral and written form. Persons wishing to present written testimony may also submit such testimony in writing in advance by filing it with the City Clerk with the request that it be included in the record of the hearing.
After the hearings, the Council will determine whether or not to approve the assessment roll for each of the projects.
